Beautifully designed hotel with helpful staff from maids to maintenance to reception and bar staff. Incredible location in a retreat area, next to outdoor bars, the lake area, a massive lake, and plenty of greenery.

Everything was great

Nothing absolutely perfect place for holidays

All the staff of the hotel was very friendly, from the reception to the waiters outside, the people of the restaurant, Magui who arranged our room, 10 points for all!!!!!. The day of departure we had the flight very late and everything was easy. Thanks, we were a pretty big group with little kids and everything was great.

Everything was good. My next choice again in Playa de Muro. - Got the same guest room with a nice view of the natural park booked online. - Really enjoyed that. - It had a beach restaurant for dinner. Overall, I had a great experience at Eix Lagotel Holiday Resort in Playa de Muro. the resort offered everything I was looking for, and having the same guest room with a lovely view of the natural park that I booked online was fantastic. I especially enjoyed dining at the beach restaurant. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Playa de Muro.

Food excellent for all inclusive, particularly the evening dinner

Unfortunately, we were unaware that this was the school holiday week in England and the hotel was alive with children and families, many of whom were having fun and enjoying themselves. However, there was no quiet place for mature adults or couples to have a peaceful time. Children were in the bars until late at night and many them were running around apparently unsupervised. In the last few days of the holiday we were aware that occasionally a manager spoke to some of the children ie asked them to climb down from the pool table.

We truly enjoyed exceptionally nice location.

It took only 15 minutes to walk to Las Gaviotas bus stop. We were offered a good-sized room with the adult and panoramic views plus hairdryer.

The staff at Eix Lagotel Holiday Resort is very friendly. the variety of food options was impressive. - the service was exceptional and they paid attention to detail. - the pool looked lovely, even though we didn't get a chance to try it. - the location is beautiful and peaceful, with the beach nearby and a nice pool on-site.

The facilities and the food and service were excellent. We injoy our stay very most. We were to parents and four kids from 10 to 20 years old. It was perfect for all of us.

Hotel was so clean and for the price has excellent facilities for families and excellent food as we went for fully inclusive - I thought we would be fed up and be eating out a few nights but have to say my only problem was there was too much choice and I eat way too much !! Very good entertainment laid on every day and night.

Couldn't complain about the hotel itself the area its located in is quiet enough so would need to get bus/taxi into Alcudia for variety of things to do and more shops etc. but my children just did not want to leave the hotel and also did not want to go home !! As there are lakes beside hotel these would attract lots of mosquitoes in the high season.

The restaurant here offers a very rich buffet with quality dishes that we enjoyed.

The whole place was a good experience, we were fully inclusive , the food was verry good .the drinks were help your self and the entertainment was excellent. A nice size of room with a good view from the balcany, we would definately come again as long as the price stays reasonable.

Definately a family hotel ,pretty noisy with the kids enjoying themselfs

Excellent facilities within hotel grounds. Food was quite varied, well presented with sufficient choice for everyone and tasted great. Our bedroom and bathroom were cleaned to a very high standard. The evening entertainment was a bonus and an enjoyable end to the day. The shuttle bus service to the beautiful Playa De Muro beach was superb.

We enjoyed the Eix Lagotel Club our entire stay but it is a familiy orientated hotel, so if you don't like lots of children around I would look for alernative accomodation.

I've been to this place before and can't wait to return as it's situated in a beautiful nature reserve and the dinner at the beach restaurant is just perfect.

I 'd like to say that the hotel was great value for money, which had exellent food and facilities and very friendly staff. The location was also ideal from the beach and shops. I would recommend this to all my friends, as my experiece shall stay with me for quite sometime.

The swimming pool area, it was easy to go to the beach with the shuttle bus. Everything you needed was nearby. All inclusive.

The food didn´t fit my family from Sweden very well. The beds were hard....
